RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you enjoy it. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us only for a full refund. Please see below for more information about our return policy.

RETURNS
All items can be returned within 14 days of receipt date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original marks and labels attached. The product must be undamaged.

RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please send an email to customer service at norway-jewelry.kundeservice@hotmail.com within 14 days of receiving the product and give us let us know if you want to return only a few items or your entire order. Place the item safely in the original packaging, and send the return to the following address:

Please note that you must write your purchase number anywhere on the package, otherwise the refund cannot be processed. Return shipping costs will be paid or refunded by us.

REFUND
After receiving the return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. It may take up to seven business days from receipt of the item to process the return. It may take a few days for refunds to appear in your bank account, depending on the bank you are using. We will notify you by email when the return has been processed.
We will refund you for the same payment method you used to pay.
We do not offer exchange of products. We offer to exchange the original product for a coupon for the same amount that is valid for 3 years.
