These Terms of Sale apply to all sales of products from www.norway-jewelry.com to consumers. Items are only delivered to Norway. Consumer purchases are regulated in the Consumer Purchases Act, the Right of Withdrawal Act, the Marketing Act, the Personal Data Act, the E-Commerce Act and the Credit Purchase Act. By making a purchase on our site, the buyer accepts the terms of use.

Buyer is: the person who is stated as the buyer in the order, and is hereinafter referred to as you, you, yours or yours.
The agreement
The agreement consists of these terms of sale.
Price
The stated price for the item is the total price the buyer must pay. This price includes all taxes and additional costs. The costs that the seller before the purchase has not informed about, the buyer shall not bear.
Entering into an agreement
Your order is binding when the order is registered online. You still have the right to withdraw from the purchase in accordance with the Right of Withdrawal Act. Once the order is received, a confirmation of the order will be automatically sent to you.
Payments

Delivery

The risk of spring
